Mavis’ adorable character design, expert shading and diverse choice of wildlife blew The Big Issue team away!
“The theme was celebrating Earth Day,” Mavis explains of the inspiration behind her masterpiece. “I also like to draw a lot of animals, so I thought I’d draw animals of all different continents…like…exploding from the party popper. And I just kind of filled the rest of it with my plants.”
