New year, new you, new calendar! The Big Issue 2027 Calendar is on now on sale.

Since 2011, The Big Issue has brought you a calendar featuring the wonderful vendors who are at the heart of what we do. This year, we wanted to capture what it means to be a vendor, selling The Big Issue magazine out on the pitch while the world rushes by.
Inside our 2027 calendar you’ll find James in front of Melbourne’s Flinders Street Station that’s lit up like a lollipop. There’s Ron looking straight down the barrel of the lens out the front of Perth’s busy Her Majesty’s Theatre. Atchara is a vision in spring yellow at Brisbane’s active Queens Plaza. Business types and buses whirl past Chantelle, who’s rugged up against the cold outside of Sydney Town Hall; and Andrew looks sartorial in a bright green shirt as pedestrians whizz past him at Canberra’s Garema Place.
Steve (and Mr March!) – who gives us a thumbs up in front of Adelaide’s shiny Malls Balls – sums up the annual experience: “It made me feel very proud to be in the calendar, it felt great to be in the photo shoot – just my cheekbones were hurting! But I loved it.”
Plus, as he has every year since the calendar’s inception, Andrew Weldon joins us again to share his whimsical and side-splitting cartoons.
In addition to having something that looks so darn great hanging on your walls, there’s also a bonus digital calendar you can download on your phones. It means you’ll always be up to date with The Big Issue news and magazine dates.
Where to buy?
Calendars are available for $30 each from your local vendor. Vendors accept payment via cash, tap & go or PayID via your banking app.
If you’re not close to a vendor, you can purchase one from our online store. All online orders are packed by our Women’s Workforce.
However you purchase The Big Issue Calendar, you help create more opportunities for employment, independence and connection for people experiencing homelessness and poverty across Australia.
